Turn IT Operations into an Autonomous System
Most incidents are variations of incidents you have already solved. We build agents that investigate, diagnose, remediate and verify the recurring majority, so your engineers spend their attention on the genuinely novel.

The Problem
Challenges with Autonomous Systems
Alert volume exceeds what any on-call rotation can triage meaningfully.
The same diagnosis is repeated weekly because the knowledge lives in individuals.
Automation exists but is not trusted to act, so it only ever recommends.
What We Build
Our Core Offerings
Signal correlation
Alerts, logs, metrics, traces and change events correlated into incidents rather than notification floods.
Autonomous investigation
Agents that gather evidence across systems the way a senior engineer would, and show their working.
Root-cause diagnosis
Hypotheses tested against telemetry and recent change, with confidence stated rather than implied.
Governed remediation
Pre-approved runbooks executed within policy, with rollback available and every action logged.
Verification
Confirming the fix actually restored service, and reverting or escalating when it did not.
ITSM and SRE integration
Working inside your existing service management and on-call tooling rather than beside it.
How it works
Leverage machine learning algorithms from analysing huge volumes of data to detecting potential threats in your IT systems before they become breaches. This shift saves you from downtime, addressing issues before end users face it.
Technology
- dZ ops
- dZ trace
- Observability platforms
- ITSM integration
- Runbook automation

Use Cases
Where We Implement
Technology
Recurring platform incidents resolved end to end within policy limits.
BFSI
Diagnosis automated while remediation stays gated by change control.
Telecom
Network and service alerts correlated and triaged before human review.
Outcomes
What We Measure
Landing every possible benefit to IT operations, AI revolutionizes the way ITOps perform system monitoring, management, and automation.
- MTTR reduction
- Automation coverage of incident classes
- Escalation rate
- Repeat-incident rate

Questions
AI for IT Operations, Answered Directly
How do you build trust in autonomous remediation?
Progressively, by action class. The agent starts in shadow mode with its recommendation compared against what the engineer did. Once accuracy is demonstrated on a class of action, that class is promoted to act-with-approval, then to autonomous. Trust is earned per action, with evidence.
Does this replace our observability platform?
No — it consumes it. The agents need good telemetry to reason over. Where coverage is thin we improve instrumentation first, because an agent cannot diagnose what nothing measures.
